National Trust - Dunham Massey Estate - Stained glass condition surveys, reports and window conservation
Northern Lights have recently finished a series of condition surveys, reports and window conservation for the National Trust, Dunham Massey Estate. We were brought in by Hirst Conservation to consult and restore a series of windows at the Grade I listed main building complex.
The work included removing, conserving and restoring windows from the Dunham Massey Hall, Servants Hall and Stewards Hall area, before reinstating them.
We also created a series of condition surveys and reports on various leaded windows as well as providing advice and notable observations regarding lead work ironmongery and stonework
